OCIA forms people for the sacraments of initiation. Holy Journey offers a continuing, parish-owned pathway for the years that follow, and for Catholics coming home.

How they fit together
Holy Journey does not replace OCIA, Alpha, ChristLife, FORMED, Bible studies or existing parish ministries. It provides the continuing pathway from sacramental preparation, or a return to the Church, into an enduring Catholic way of life.
Pastoral decisions about initiation and mystagogy remain with your pastor and diocese. We are glad to coordinate with your OCIA team.
